How we handle information you share with Apexagen.

1. Who we are

Apexagen Technology (“Apexagen”, “we”) is a technology and cybersecurity delivery firm based in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Data we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your title, name, email address, company, contact number, service interest, message, timing and preferred contact method. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to operate the site and help prevent abuse. Please avoid including passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project details in an initial enquiry.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and scope potential engagements.
To perform contracts with clients and manage engagements.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Information may be handled by our website hosting, security and Microsoft 365 email providers to receive and respond to enquiries, or disclosed where required by law. If information is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to provide protection comparable to the requirements of the PDPA.

5. Protection and retention

We protect personal data with security arrangements appropriate to its sensitivity, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use. Email hello@apexagen.com with the subject “Personal Data Request”.

7. Cookies and external content

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for anti-spam checks and request security. External videos are loaded only after you choose to play them; the external provider may then collect information under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are governed by their respective policies.
